CHAP. 183.— An Act For the relief of the National Surety Company.February 23, 1927.[[S. 2618](/us/bill/69/s/2618).][[Private, No. 385](/us/pvtl/69/385).] *Be it enacted by Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,National Surety Company.Reimbursement to,for loss on ball bond. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any’moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the stun of $10,500 to the National Surety Company, which sum represents the loss sustained by tire said company on the bail bond of Austin H.
Montgomery, junior, who was afterwards captured and returned to the United States officers by the said National Surety Company. Approved, February 23, 1927.
