CHAP. 181.— An Act For the relief of Homer H. Hacker.February 23, 1927.[[S. 3462](/us/bill/69/s/3462).][[Private, No. 383](/us/pvtl/69/383).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Homer H, Hacker.Reimbursement to, for lost postal money order. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Homer H. Hacker, of Dallas, Texas, the sum of $100 as reimbursement for loss sustained by him as remitter of post office money order numbered 487. in the amount of $100, issued on July 21, 1919, at Biltmore, North Carolina, and drawn on the postmaster at Dallas, Texas, which money order was not received by the payee designated therein, and payment of which can not be traced by reason of the fact that the records pertaining thereto have been destroyed pursuant to law.
