CHAP. 180.— An Act For the relief of Charles Ritzel.April 24, 1926.[[H. R. 5858](/us/bill/69/hr/5858).][[Private, No. 15](/us/pvtl/69/15).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles Ritsel.Payment to, for death or son. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out. of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,500 to Charles Ritzel, on account of the death of his son, Charles Ritzel, junior, who was scalded to death on December 15, 1904, while employed as boiler maker on board the United States ship Massachusetts, at League Island Navy Yard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
