Haring, United States Army, disbursing officer of the Office of Public Buildings and Grounds (now Office of Public Buildings and Public Parks of the National Capital), in the sum of $163.62 disallowed upon vouchers numbered 102, 27, and 117 during the fiscal year ended June 30, 1925, and to credit Edward F.
