United States of America in Congress assembled*, Captain Ellis E. Haring. Army.Credit in accounts.That the Comptroller General of the United States is authorized and directed to credit the account of Captain Ellis E. Haring, United States Army, disbursing officer of the Office of Public Buildings and Grounds (now Office of Public Buildings and Public Parks of the National Capital), in the sum of $163.62 disallowed upon vouchers numbered 102, 27, and 117 during the fiscal year ended June 30, 1925, and to credit Edward F.
