That Fulton County, of the Jonesboro division of the eastern district of the State of Arkansas, be, and the same is hereby, detached from the Jonesboro division and attached to and made a part of the Batesville *Proviso*.Pending suits not affected.division of the eastern district of said State: *Provided*, That this shall not affect suits now pending. Approved, April 21, 1926.
