CHAP. 165.— An Act Authorizing an appropriation of not more than $3,000 from the tribal funds of the Indians of the Quinaielt Reservation, Washington, for the construction of a system of water supply at Taholah on said reservation.April 19, 1926.[[H. R. 96](/us/bill/69/hr/96).][[Public, No. 136](/us/69/pl/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Quinaielt Reservation, Wash.Water supply for Taholah from tribal funds.*Post*, p, 855.
That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of not more than $3,000 from the tribal funds of the Indians of the Quinaielt Reservation, Washington, for the construction of a system of water supply at Taholah, on said reservation, under such rules and regulations us may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.Use of Indian labor. Indian labor shall be employed as far as practicable. Approved, April 19, 1926.
