CHAP. 164.— An Act Granting permission to Major Charles Beatty Moore, United States Army, to accept the following decorations, namely, the Legion of Honor tendered him by the Republic of France, and the officers’ cross of the order “Polonia Restituta” tendered him by the Republic of Poland.February 21, 1927.[[S. 5259](/us/bill/69/hr/5259).][[Private, No. 373](/us/pvtl/69/373).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Major Charles Beatty Moore, Army.May accept decorations from France and Poland.That Major Charles Beatty Moore, United States Army, be authorized to accept the following decorations, namely
(1)the Legion of Honor tendered him by the Republic of France, and
(2)the officers’ cross of the order “Polonia Restituta ” tendered him by the Republic of Poland, and that the Department of State be permitted to deliver the said decorations to Major Charles Beatty Moore, United States Army. Approved, February 21, 1927.
