CHAP. 161.— An Act For the relief of Charles Wall.April 17, 1926.[[H. R. 1944](/us/bill/69/hr/1944).][[Private, No. 9](/us/pvtl/69/9).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Naval Reserve Forte.Charles W all may ho placed on retired list with rank oi lieutenant commander. That the President is authorized to appoint Charles Wall a lieutenant commander in the United States Naval Reserve Force, class 3 (in which grade and force lie served honorably during the World War), and to retire him and place him upon the retired list of the Navy with the retired pay and emoluments of that grade: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no back pay, allowances, or emoluments shall become due because of the passage of this Act.
