CHAP. 16.— An Act For the relief of Cyrus S. Andrews.December 18, 1926,[[S. 2855](/us/bill/69/s/2855).][[Private, No. 329](/us/pvtl/69/329).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cyrus S. Andrews.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Cyrus S. Andrews, who was a private in Company H, One hundred and forty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of said company and regiment on the 26th day of *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.June, I860: *Provided,* That no bounty, pay, or allowances shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
