CHAP. 159.— An Act For the relief of Mary Moore.February 17, 1927.[[H. R. 1231](/us/bill/69/hr/1231).][[Private, No. 369](/us/pvtl/69/369).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration William M. Moore (deceased).Military recored corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, William M. Moore (now deceased), who was a private in Troop L, Third United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the 24th day of February, 1899: *Provided*, *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.That no back pay, pension, or bounty shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
