CHAP. 159.— Joint Resolution Authorizing the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond to contract for and erect in the city of Baltimore, Maryland, a building for its Baltimore branch.April 17, 1926.[[H. J. Res., No. 16](/us/69/pubres/16).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.Erection of building authorized for Baltimore, Md., branch. That the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond be, and it is hereby, authorized to contract for and erect in the city of Baltimore a building for its Baltimore branch, provided the total amount expended in the erection of *Proviso*.Subject to approval of Board.said building shall not exceed the sum of $1,025,000: *Provided, however*, That the character and type of building to be erected, the amount actually to be expended in the construction of said building, and the amount actually to be expended for the vaults, permanent equipment, furnishings, and fixtures for said building shall be subject to the approval of the Federal Reserve Board.
