That the President 1104George M. Baum to be advanced on list of commanders.be, and lie is hereby, authorized to restore Commander George M.
Baum, United States Navy, to a place on the list of commanders of the Navy to rank next after Commander David W. Bagley, United *Proviso*.As an additional number.States Navy: *Provided*, That the said George M.
