That the President 1104George M. Baum to be advanced on list of commanders.be, and lie is hereby, authorized to restore Commander George M.
Baum, United States Navy, to a place on the list of commanders of the Navy to rank next after Commander David W. Bagley, United *Proviso*.As an additional number.States Navy: *Provided*, That the said George M. Baum shall be an additional number in the grade of commander, and to any grade to which he may hereafter be promoted. Approved, February 16, 1927.
