CHAP. 151.— An Act To provide for the enlargement of the present customs warehouse at San Juan, Porto Rico.April 17, 1926.[[H. R. 9314](/us/bill/69/hr/9314).][[Public, No. 128](/us/pl/69/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Porto Rico.Enlargement of customs house at San Juan, authorized. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to contract for the enlargement of the present customs warehouse at San Juan, Porto Rico, so as to provide necessary and convenient accommodations for customs offices at that point, and that the total cost of all extensions, enlargements, improvements, changes, and Payment from customs collections.repairs shall not exceed the sum of $230,060, said amount to be paid as needed out of duties collected in Porto Rico, as an expense of collection under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.
