CHAP. 150.— An Act For the relief of Charles C. Hughes.February 14, 1927.[[H. R. 1464](/us/bill/69/hr/1464).][[Private, No. 366](/us/pvtl/69/366).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Charles C. Hughes.Payment to, for personal injuriesof the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full settlement against the Government, to Charles C.
Hughes the sum of $709.80 on account of injury sustained by the said Charles C. Hughes when struck by a United States Army truck as he was crossing Sixty-second Street at Stony Island Avenue, in the city of Chicago, Illinois, on the 6th day of December, 1921. Approved, February 14, 1927.
