CHAP. 145.— An Act For the relief of Albert G. Tuxhorn.February 14, 1927.[[H. R. 9287 ](/us/bill/69/hr/9287).][[Private, No. 361](/us/pvtl/69/361).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Albert G. Tuxhorn.Pay meet to, for personal Injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, 1772 out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Albert G.
Tuxhorn, the sum of $2,500, in full for damages suffered by reason of being negligently shot and permanently injured while a student at the Citizen’s Military Training Camp at Camp Custer, Michigan, on August 11, 1924. Approved, February 14, 1927.
