CHAP. 143.— An Act To authorize payment to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, a corporation, for damage to its rolling stock at Raritan Arsenal, Metuchen, New Jersey, on August 16, 1922. February 14, 1927.[[H. R. 7617](/us/bill/69/hr/76174).][[Private, No. 359](/us/pvtl/69/359).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Pennsylvania Rail-road Company.Payment to, for property damages.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,193.90 to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, to reimburse such company for damages to its rolling stock resulting from the negligence of employees of the War Department at Raritan Arsenal, Metuchen, New Jersey, on or about August 16, 1922.
