CHAP. 141.— An Act For the relief of the New Braunfels Brewing Company.February 14, 1927.[[H. R. 4179](/us/bill/69/hr/4719).][[Private, No. 357](/us/pvtl/69/357).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary New Braunfels Brewing Company.Payment to, for property damages.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the New Braunfels Brewing Company of New Braunfels, Texas, the sum of $8,179.58, in full settlement of their claim for damages caused when a United States Army airplane crashed into a building belonging to the New Braunfels Brewing Company on or about November 10, 1920, said amount to be paid out of any funds not otherwise appropriated.
