CHAP. 137.— An Act For the relief of Walter L. Watkins, alias Harry Austin.April 13, 1926.[[H. R. 4884](/us/bill/69/hr/4884).][[Private, No. 7](/us/pvtl/69/7).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Walter L. Watkins, alias Harry Austin.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and all other laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon persons honorably discharged from the military service of the United States, Walter L.
Watkins, alias Harry Austin, late of Battery I, First Regiment United States Artillery, Company A, Thirteenth Regiment United States Infantry, and Company I, Twentieth Regiment United States Infantry, shall be held and considered not to have deserted, and not to have been dishonorably discharged, from such military service: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No bark pay, etc. That no back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
