CHAP. 13.— An Act For the relief of A. S. Rosenthal Company.December 16, 1926. [[H. R. 3278](/us/bill/69/hr/3278).][[Private, No. 327](/us/pvtl/69/327).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. S. Rosenthal Company.Claim of, referred to Court of Claims. That the claim of A. S. Rosenthal Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, and engaged in the business of importing sides in the city of New York, in said State, for 1761 1762damages for the loss and nondelivery of one case of silk belonging to said company while the said case of silk was in the custody of the United States at the United States appraiser’s stores in the city of New York, in October or November, 1914, and for the duty paid or secured to the United States thereon, be referred to the Court of Claims, with jurisdiction and authority to hear and determine the *Proviso.*Time limitation.same to judgment, with the right of appeal as in other cases: *Provided,* That no suit shall be brought under the provisions of this Act after six months from the date of the passage thereof.
