CHAP. 13.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Illinois to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Fox River in the county of La Salle, State of Illinois, in section 1, township 33 north, range 3 east of the third principal meridian.February 8, 1926.[[S. 1810](/us/bill/69/s/1810).][[Public, No. 8](/us/pl/69/8).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fox River.Illinois may bridge, in La Salle County.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Illinois, to construct, maintain and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, across the Fox River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the county of La Salle, State of Illinois, in section 1, township 33 north, range 3 east of the third principal meridian, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act isAmendment. hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 8, 1926.
