CHAP. 129.— An Act To encourage breeding of riding horses for Army purposes. February 14, 1927.[[H. R. 15651](/us/bill/69/hr/15651).][[Public, No. 611](/us/pl/69/611).] *Be it it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryArmy.Acceptance of donations of horses, etc., to encourage breeding of riding horses. of War may, in his discretion, and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, accept donations of animals for breeding and donations of money or other property to be used as prizes or awards at agricultural fairs, horse shows, and similar exhibitions, in order to encourage the breeding of riding horses suitable for Army purposes.
