CHAP. 128.— An Act To dedicate as a public thoroughfare a narrow strip of land owned by the United States in Bardstown, Kentucky.April 13, 1926. [[H. R. 9455](/us/bill/69/hr/9455).] [[Public, No. 111](/us/pl/69/111).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bardstown, Ky.Land at, dedicated as public thoroughfare. That hereby there is dedicated to permanent use as a public thoroughfare so much of the lot or parcel of ground owned by the United States at the northwest corner of Public Square, in the city of Bardstown, in the State of Kentucky, as now is covered by a cement sidewalk, running east and west on the north side of said lot; and, also, the narrow strip of ground, approximately three or four feet wide, which lies on the outside and to the north of said cement sidewalk.
