R. 6260](/us/bill/69/hr/6260).] [[Public, No. 109](/us/pl/69/109).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Public buildings.Baltimore, Md.Part of post office building site conveyed to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, empowered and directed to convey. by the usual quitclaim deed, to the city of Baltimore, Maryland, for street purposes and no other, that portion of the present post-office site in said city, twenty feet in width and which extends along the north side of Fayette Street a distance of one hundred and twenty feet west from the corner of North Street, said twenty-foot strip being the same portion of said site now being used by the city of Baltimore for street purposes.
