Hubrich.Payment to, for services. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $546 to Helene M. Hubrich for hospitalization of Elmer M. Murnane, civilian clerk, Quartermaster Corps, United States Army. Approved, February 12, 1927.
