CHAP. 122.— An Act For the relief of Maurice E. Kinsey. February 12, 1927. [[H. R. 7156](/us/bill/69/hr/7156).] [[Private, No. 353](/us/pvtl/69/353).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Maurice E. Kinsey.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretaryof the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Maurice E.
Kinsey, the sum of $5,000 in full compensation for injuries sustained in an accident in the elevator in the Federal building at Rochester, New York, on May 14, 1924, and for the expense of medical treatment thereby made necessary. Approved, February 12, 1927.
