CHAP. 118.— An Act For the relief of Gordan A. Dennis. February 12, 1927. [[H. R. 2491](/us/bill/69/hr/2491).] [[Private, No. 349](/us/pvtl/69/349).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Gordon A. Dennis.Military record corrected. That in the administration of all laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Gordan A. Dennis, late of the Twentieth Infantry, shall be held to have been discharged honorably from *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.the military service of the United States on May 5, 1909: *Provided,* That no back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
