CHAP. 118.— An Act Authorizing the use of the funds of any tribe of Indiana for payments of insurance premiums for protection of the property of the tribe against fire, theft, tornado, and hail.April 13, 1926. [[S. 2530](/us/bill/69/s/2530).] [[Public, No. 101](/us/pl/69/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Indian funds.Insurance premiums may be paid from. That hereafter the funds of any tribe of Indians under the control of the United States may be used for payments of insurance premiums for protection of the property of the tribe against fire, theft, tornado, hail, earthquake, and other elements and forces of nature.
