CHAP. 110.— An Act To change the title of Deputy Assistant Treasurer of the United States to Assistant Treasurer of the United States.April 9, 1926. [[S. 3547](/us/bill/69/s/3547).] [[Public, No. 94](/us/pl/69/94).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Treasury Department.Assistant Treasurer designated in place of Deputy Assistant.Vol. 31, p. 977; Vol. 38, p. 470. That the title Deputy Assistant Treasurer of the United States as designated by the Act approved March 3, 1901, as amended by the Act approved July 16, 1914, be, and the same is hereby, changed and shall hereafter be designated as Assistant Treasurer of the United States.
