CHAP. 11.— An Act For the relief of Isaac A. Chandler.December 15, 1926. [[H. R. 9232](/us/bill/65/hr/9232).] [[Private, No. 326](/us/pvtl/65/326).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac A. Chandler.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Isaac A. Chandler, who was a private in Troop A, Fourth United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of said troop and regiment on the 17th day of December, 1875: *Provided,* That no**Proviso*.*No back pay, etc. bounty, pension, pay, or allowances shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
