CHAP. 109.— An Act Amending Act of March 4, 1925, for the relief of employees of the Bethlehem Steel Company, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.April 6, 1926.[[H. R. 7732](/us/bill/69/hr/7732).][[Private, No. 5](/us/pvtl/69/5).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bethlehem Steel Company.Employees entering employ of, on August 1, 1918, or after, included in the award for extra pay.Vol. 43, p. 1603. That the Act entitled “An Act to provide for the carrying out of the award of the National War Labor Board of July 31, 1918, in favor of certain employees of the Bethlehem Steel Company, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania,” approved March 4, 1925, shall be so construed as to operate for the relief of those otherwise within its terms who entered the employ of the Bethlehem Steel Company on or after August 1, 1918, equally with those who were in such employ on July 31, 1918: *Provided*, That no claim arising under the provisions of said Act*Proviso*.Adjustment by General Accounting Office. shall he paid until it shall have been settled and adjusted by the General Accounting Office.
