CHAP. 95.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Ouachita River at or near Monroe, Louisiana January 26, 1925.[[S. 3621](/us/bill/68/s/3621).][[Public, No. 335](/us/pl/68/335).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Ouachita River.Louisiana Highway Commission may bridge, Monroe, La.consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State highway commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Ouachita River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Monroe, Louisiana, and in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, January 26, 1925.
