CHAP. 94.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River near Saint Charles, Missouri January 26, 1925.[[S. 3611](/us/bill/68/s/3611).][[Public, No. 334](/us/pl/68/334).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Missouri River. That the consent 791of Congress is hereby granted to the Saint Louis-Kansas City Short Saint Louis-Kansas City Short Line Railroad Company may bridge, near Saint Charles, Mo.Line Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Missouri, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, about four miles south of west of the city of Saint Charles, in the county of Saint Charles, Missouri, to a point in Saint Louis County in said State, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, January 26, 1925.
