CHAP. 92.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River to connect the city of Portsmouth, Ohio, and the village of Fullerton, Kentucky. January 26, 1925.[[S. 3428](/us/bill/68/s/3428).][[Public, No. 332](/us/pl/68/332).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Ohio River.Fullerton and Ports-mouth Bridge Company may bridge, between Fullerton, Ky., and Portsmouth, Ohio. That the Fullerton and Portsmouth Bridge Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kentucky, its successors and assigns, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Ohio River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, to a point in Greenup County, Kentucky, near the village of Fullerton, from a point near Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the central portion of the city of Portsmouth, county of Scioto, in the State of Ohio, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 26, 1925.
