CHAP. 91.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the city of Hannibal, Missouri, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near the city of Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri January 26, 1925.[[S. 3292](/us/bill/68/s/3292).][[Public, No. 331](/us/pl/68/331).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mississippi River.Hannibal. Mo., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Hannibal, Missouri, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 26, 1925.
