CHAP. 80.— An Act For the relief of Robert Laird, senior. January 14, 1925.[[H. R. 2309](/us/bill/68/hr/2309).][[Private, No. 107](/us/pvtl/68/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Robert Laird, sr.Reimbursement to, for erroneous burial expenses. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Robert Laird, senior, the sum of $112.11, being full reimbursement for expenses incurred by him in connection with the burial of the body of late Private (First Class) John Laird, of Company C, Three hundred and first Field Signal Battalion, shipped to him by the War Department in mistake for the body of his own son, late Private John Laird, of Company F, Twenty-third Infantry.
