CHAP. 76.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Clarks Ferry Bridge Company, and its successors, to construct a bridge across the Susquehanna River at or near the railroad station of Clarks Ferry, Pennsylvania. March 27, 1924.[[S. 2446](/us/bill/68/s/2446).][[Public, No. 63](/us/pl/68/63).] *Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Susquehanna River.Clarks Ferry Bridge Company may bridge, Clarks Ferry, Pa.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Clarks Ferry Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Susquehanna River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the railroad station of Clarks Ferry, located about fifteen miles north of the city of Harrisburg, in the county of Dauphin, in the State of Pennsylvania,Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable water,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 27, 1924.
