CHAP. 73.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River in section 17, township 28 north, range 23 west of the fourth principal meridian in the State of Minnesota. R. 6420](/us/bill/68/hr/6420).][[Public, No. 60](/us/pl/68/60).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the times forMississippi River.Time extended for bricking, by Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minn.Vol. 42, p. 1323, amended. commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in or near the northwest quarter of section 17, township 28 north, range 23 west of the fourth principal meridian, between the cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, in the State of Minnesota, as provided for in Public Law 451, approved February 27, 1923, are hereby extended, one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 21, 1924.
