CHAP. 72.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county of Kankakee, State of Illinois, and the counties of Lake and Newton, State of Indiana, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Kankakee River at or near the State line between section 19, township 31 north, range 15 east of the third principal meridian, in the county of Kankakee, State of Illinois, and section 1, township 31 north, range 10 west of the second principal meridian, in the counties of Lake and Newton, State of Indiana.

R. 5737](/us/bill/68/hr/5737).] [[Public, No. 59](/us/pl/68/59).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the consentKankakee River.Kankakee County, III., and Lake and Newton Counties, Ind., may bridge. of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Kankakee, State of Illinois, and the counties of Lake and Newton, State of Indiana, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Kankakee River at a point suitable to the interests ofLocation. navigation, at or near the State line between section 19, township 31 north, range 15 east of the third principal meridian, in the county of Kankakee, State of Illinois, and section 1, township 31 north, range 10 west of the second principal meridian, in the counties of Lake and Newton, State of Indiana, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
