CHAP. 71.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the board of supervisors of Hinds County, Mississippi, to construct a bridge across the Pearl River in the State of Mississippi. March 21, 1924.[[H. R. 5633](/us/bill/68/hr/5633).][[Public, No. 58](/us/pl/68/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pearl River.Hinds County, Miss., may bridge, Jackson. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the board of supervisors of Hinds 29County, Mississippi, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Pearl River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Jackson, State of Mississippi,Construction.Vol.34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 21, 1924.
