CHAP. 66.— An Act To authorize the Clay County bridge district, in the State of Arkansas, to construct a bridge over Current River. March 18, 1924.[[H. R. 4984](/us/bill/68/hr/4984).][[Public, No. 53](/us/pl/43/53).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Current River.Clayton County, Ark., may bridge, at Finley’s Ferry. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Clay County bridge district, in the State of Arkansas, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Current River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near what is known as Finley’s Ferry, which is near the point where the said river crosses the line between sections 17 and 20, in township 21 north, range 3 east, in Clay County, Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 18, 1924.
