R. 4120](/us/bill/68/hr/4120).][[Public, No. 50](/us/pl/68/50).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the consentColumbia River.Greater Wenatchee Irrigation District, Wash., may bridge. of Congress is hereby granted to the Greater Wenatchee Irrigation District, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington, its successors, and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Columbia River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation,Location. within or near section 15, in township 20 north, of range 23 east of Willamette meridian, in the State of Washington, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 18, 1924.
