CHAP. 62.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Little Calumet River at Riverdale, Illinois. March 18, 1924.[[H. R. 3845](/us/bill/68/hr/3845).][[Public, No. 49](/us/pl/68/49).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the AcmeLittle Calumet River.Acme Steel Goods Company may bridge, Chicago, III. Steel Goods Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, its successors and assigns, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Calumet River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in the village of Riverdale and State of Illinois, and at or near the south city limits of the city of Chicago in the State of Illinois, in accordance with Act of CongressConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges across navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 18, 1924.
