January 9, 1925.[[S. 225](/us/bill/68/s/225).][[Private, No. 98](/us/pvtl/68/98).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Edward N. McCarty.Payment to, for personal injuries.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,200, in full settlement against the Government, to Edward N. McCarty, to compensate him for injuries to his eyes while an employee in the post office at Mattoon, Illinois. Approved, January 9, 1925.
