CHAP. 602.— An Act For the relief of Martha Janowitz. March 4, 1925.[[H. R. 9131](/us/bill/68/hr/9131).][[Private, No. 286](/us/pvtl/68/286).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Quartermaster Martha Janowitz.Six months’ gratuity pay to, for death of son.General of the Army shall cause to be paid to Martha Janowitz, mother of Harry Janowitz, late private, Company G, Thirty-second Infantry, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate the said Harry Janowitz was receiving at the date of his death. Such amount shall be paid from funds appropriated for pay of the Army. Approved, March 4, 1925.
