A. Scott.Payment to. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay the sum of $3,578.62 out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to L. A. Scott, as compensation for and in full satisfaction of any claim for damages as a result of a collision between the mine planter Major Albert G. Jenkins and the American schooner Golden State at Pensacola. Florida. Approved, December 6, 1924.
