CHAP. 594.— An Act For the relief of Herman R. Woltman. March 4, 1925.[[H. R. 3556](/us/bill/68/hr/3556).][[Private, No. 278](/us/pvtl/68/278).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Herman R. Woltman.Military record corrected.of the pension laws Herman R. Woltman, late of Company F, Thirty-second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and Company B, Forty-first Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, shall be considered as having been honorably discharged from Company H, Nineteenth Regiment United States Infantry: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.*Provided*, That no back pay, pension, or allowances shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
