CHAP. 583.— An Act To correct the military record of Thomas C. Johnson, deceased. March 4, 1925.[[S. 3534](/us/bill/68/s/3534).][[Private, No. 267](/us/pvtl/68/267).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas C. Johnson.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers and their widows, Thomas C. Johnson, who was a private in Company G, Eighteenth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered in as a member of said company or regiment on December 22, 1863, and honorably discharged therefrom on December *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.1, 1864: *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
