CHAP. 575.— An Act For the relief of Albert O. Tucker. March 4, 1925.[[S. 2035](/us/bill/68/s/2035).][[Private, No. 259](/us/pvtl/68/259).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Albert O. Tucker.Military record correctedof the pension laws and the laws conferring rights and 1598privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, Albert O. Tucker, late of Company K, Eleventh Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said *Proviso*.No prior pension.company and regiment from July 23, 1863: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this act.
