March 4, 1925.[[S. 1809](/us/bill/68/s/1809).][[Private, No. 257](/us/pvtl/68/257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Emelus S. Tozier.Naval record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged men of the United States Navy, Emelus S. Tozier, formerly a seaman in the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged on the 31st day of January, 1865. Approved, March 4, 1925.
