CHAP. 568.— An Act For the relief of Stephen A. Winchell. March 4, 1925.[[S. 1232](/us/bill/68/hr/2905).][[Private, No. 252](/us/pvtl/68/252).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Stephen A. Winchell.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Stephen A. Winchell, late of Company K, Sixth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and of Second Company, Second Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of Second Company, Second Battalion Veteran Reserve Corps, on the 5th day of *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.September, 1865: *Provided*, That no pay, pension, bounty, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
